Managing Advice Fee Consent Requirements

We have made enhancements to the way you view fee consent requests.

To view the status of your fee consent requests, visit the Fee Renewals page. Note, wholesale clients will not appear on this page.

You will now be able to see if the client fee consent was submitted online or through a hardcopy form signed by the client.

Please be reminded to obtain fee consent renewals from your retail clients before the fee consent expiry date so that the ongoing adviser fee arrangement can remain on the clients’ accounts.
