Investment accounts
After you’ve onboarded a new Investment Account, Mason Stevens aim to verify the account within 2 business days.
Please note that for accounts submitted as Online, clients must log in and accept T&Cs before the account become Active.
Super and Pension accounts
After you’ve submitted a Super or Pension account, Mason Stevens can only commence account verification after the T&Cs have been accepted. That means for accounts submitted as Online, clients are encouraged to log in and accept T&Cs as soon as they receive their login details.
Mason Stevens aim to verify the account within 2 business days, however further ATO checks are required which may be subject to delay with the ATO.
