How do I access in-progress applications?
- Select Work in progress under Adviser home via the left hand side menu.
- A horizontal menu will appear. Click Onboarding.
- In the Action column, click Resume next to the incomplete applications. You will be able to return to an incomplete account application or any step of the onboarding process.
How do I view submitted applications?
- Select Work in progress under Adviser home via the left hand side menu.
- A horizontal menu will appear. Click Onboarding.
- Click Submitted applications in the second horizontal menu.
- You have the ability to search for the submission by utilising the Search tool.
- When you have searched for the submission, you can identify the date the account was submitted, account number and name and days since submission.
- Once the account has been opened and activated, you will receive a notification within the Client activity on your Adviser dashboard.
You can also leave a Note that will be saved and can be viewed in future.
