How Do I Log In For The First Time?

Once your account has been activated, you will receive two emails:

  • Username email – this email contains your Username for the Mason Stevens online system.
  • Password creation link email - follow the link to create your password. By clicking the link, you will be directed to the next page where you will be asked to submit a new password.

Once the new password meets all requirements, the page will update and state Password Updated.
