How Do I Check All The Fees Charged On The Client Account?

1. Search for a specific client using the Quick Search at the top of the dashboard or use Full search.

2. Navigate to the vertical menu. Click Adviser fees under Account.

3. On the horizontal menu, go to Client Charges. You have the option to filter by date and portfolio. 

This section is divided into two subsections, Client remuneration expectations and Charges.

Please note an account must have at least a total balance of AU$100 (including cash and holdings) for fees to be accrued or charged. If an account has a total balance of less than AU$100, administration fees, account keeping fee and ongoing advice fees will not be accrued or charged. These fees will only start be charged once the account has a total balance of at least AU$100.
