What Are The Minimum Cash Requirements?

How do I check available cash?

Available cash is the difference between the Balance (AUD) and Minimum cash (AUD). When making withdrawals or placing orders, this is the cash that should be referenced.

  1. Once you are have searched the client, navigate to the vertical menu. By selecting Cash hub,you will default to the Summary page.
  2. This section allows you to view the available cash in your client's account.
Minimum cash requirements

Each client account must maintain minimum cash requirements in their Self-Directed Portfolio.

  • Investment - $2,000
  • Super (Accumulation) - $2,000 or 2% of the entire account balance (whichever is higher) up to $15,000.
  • TTR & Pension - $5,000 or 5% of the entire account balance (whichever is higher) up to $15,000.

Please note, managed portfolios will have additional minimum cash requirements.
