How Does The Client Accept The Account Terms & Conditions?

To create a new account, you will need to complete all sections in the online onboarding wizard. Select ‘Create New’ account.

There are two options for clients to accept the account T&Cs: 

1. Online

Once at the Review and Submit stage, submit the application as an Online app. Immediately after submission, clients will receive their login details and must log in to accept T&Cs online.

Please note for Super accounts, T&Cs must be accepted before account processing can be done.

2. Paper

Once at the Review and Submit stage, press the Print icon and a pre-populated application form will be generated. Once the client has signed, resume the application and submit as a Paper app by uploading the signed copy. Immediately after submission, clients will receive their login details but are not required to log in.
