Print out your pre-filled application form         

For both Investment and Super & Pension accounts, you will be able to print out the application form with data that you have pre-populated online. This gives you the flexibility to onboard your clients more efficiently using our application process to suit you and your clients’ needs.

Simply fill out the application form online and select the print option to print all the details you have already provided.

 

New Cash Balances Report

We have released a Cash Balance Report that provides a breakdown of every cash balance across all portfolios, in every currency you hold through the Mason Stevens platform. You will be able to see the percentage of cash held within every portfolio, as well as the percentage of cash held in a client’s overall account. The report also includes minimum cash balance held within the Self-Directed Portfolio.

 

New User Details Report

We have also created a new User Details Report that provides an overview of all your clients' personal details (i.e. username, postal address, email address, phone number, etc.) and their account activity details such as online logins, locked password, account status, and more.

 

Trade Date & Settlement Date transparency

We now display the Trade Date and Settlement Date in our transaction details pop-up window. You also have the ability to search and generate your Cash Transactions Report on a trade date or settlement date basis.
