Your clients’ pension payments for 2020/21

If you have clients in the income stream phase in Mason Stevens Super, you can see the client’s current pension payment amount and frequency at anytime by logging online and going to Account > Superannuation > Super cash > Pension information.

Income stream information regarding all of our members are provided electronically each year to the Department of Human Services (DHS). If your client requires a Centrelink Schedule for the new financial year, please contact us to obtain a copy

You can amend your clients’ pension payments for 2020/21 at any time

If you wish to amend your client's pension payment amount or frequency for the 2020/21 financial year, you can do this by sending us an email at admin@mssuper.com.au including your specific instructions.

Pensions are paid on or around the 15th of each month. Please ensure any changes to the amount and/or frequency are submitted 10 days prior to the next payment date.

Members receiving minimum pension payment for 2020/21

Pension payments paid to members in July and August 2020 were calculated using the 2019/20 legislated minimums and from September 2020 we will recalculate members’ pension payments according to the new reduced minimums for 2020/21. Each monthly payment for the remainder of the year including September will be adjusted to ensure that the members receive the legislated minimum amount for the financial year.
