Amending your client's pension payment via email

We have made it quicker and easier for you to amend your client's pension payment amount and frequency.

The reduced minimum pension payment factors announced as part of the government's Coronavirus Economic Response Package will be extended for another year. Members' annual minimum payments will be calculated using these reduced factors for FY 2021/22.

Pensions are paid on or around the 15th of each month. Please ensure any changes to the amount and/or frequency are submitted 10 days prior to the next payment date.
