How Do I Check The Status Of Orders?

Checking the status of the orders can be verified at the Adviser level and Client level. In this example we will display it at the Adviser level.

1. Under Adviser home, select Investing.

2. Navigate to the horizontal menu and click Orders.

3. The status of each order will appear in the last column of this section.

When an order has been placed or filled, the order will appear in an amber colour. 

When an order is cancelled or completed it will appear in black. 

If the order status is pending, you have the ability to cancel the order.
