How Do I Update My Username And Password?

How do I change my password when I am logged out (forgotten password)?

1. Click login & select your investor type, then enter your Username then click Forgot your password link.

2. Enter your username again and click Next.

3. You will be sent a validation code by SMS, enter this five digit code and click Next.

4. Enter a new password, confirm your password and select Save.

5. You will then be redirected to this page to login, where you can use your new password to log in.

How do I change my password when I am logged in?

1. Once you log in, you will land on the dashboard. Navigate to the vertical menu and click Admin.

2. Click on Change password. You will land on the Change Password page. Fill out the relevant details.

How do I change my username when I am logged out (forgotten username)?

If you have forgotten your username, please call us on 1300 988 878 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm)

How do I change my username when I am logged in?
