Platform enhancements

We are committed to providing you and your clients the best digital experience at Mason Stevens. We have updated our systems to resolve issues previously experienced when accessing the platform using Safari and on an iPad, giving you more ways to stay connected with your account.

If you have granted “transact” access to your clients to submit orders on the platform, those clients will now also have the ability to make corporate action elections online. You can grant or remove transact access for any client by contacting our Client Services team.

 

Claiming tax deductions for non-concessional contributions before financial year end

With just a couple of months to go before the end of financial year, it is time to prepare for any clients in Mason Stevens Super who may want to claim a tax deduction on non-concessional contributions made into their super accounts during the 2020/21 financial year. To do so, simply sign and complete a Notice of intent to claim form, available from the Literature Library, and submit it to our team at admin@mssuper.com.au

 

Minimum pension payments from 1 July 2021

Effective from 1 July 2021, the minimum pension payment factors are reverting to the standard levels, up from their reduced amounts over the 2020/21 financial year. To adjust your clients’ pension payment amounts or frequency, just follow these steps to send us your instructions via email.
